And the Winners Are...
We had the opportunity to spend the afternoon and evening watching some great indie short films for the screenings of the London Fringe 62 Hour Film Contest. With 18 official entries (and an extra shown on special circumstances) there were plenty of films to choose from when handing out the prizes.
The following are a list of the awards that were handed out.
First Place Frantic - Sunny Day Jazz...

Our #Fringe62 film #Frantic now has a trailer. Come out and see the film on Sunday. Details here.
Thank You
Well we dropped off our submission just shortly before 5am this morning and those of us who remained at headquarters headed home for a few hours before the sun rose and the week started.
We wanted to say thank you to rtraction for playing host to team Robot on the Rampage this weekend. It was great to have a downtown location as home base allowing us to easily access everything we needed to make...
Primary Shooting Wrapped
We wrapped capturing our primary shots about an hour ago and now we are back in the studio checking all takes for anything that might need to be re-done.
We still need to shoot our opening title sequence, but this will be done in house.
For now we are getting some food inside of us.
Uses for SPAM
Shooting for #fringe62 and just had a run-in with security for the location we may or may not have permission to use.
Not to worry.
We offered him SPAM to go away and he happily accepted.

20 Funny (and Unfortunate) Company Names →
I was looking up some funny company names yesterday for inspiration for our film and came across this great collection of some premium business names.
Day is Done
Well it looks like we’ve wrapped shooting for the day.
We’ve done everything from transform an elevator into a vortex of death, to making a grown man run up and down the stairs just because we could.
Tomorrow we have an earlier morning of shooting but should be able to get the bulk of it done before the day gets old.
Update
Without a word of a lie we haven’t turned on our camera yet. We’ve made a couple of props and had some lunch, but mostly we’ve just been hanging around.
Thought you might like to know.

Without even looking something fell in my feed reader called Book Sprinting.
The act of authoring a book has traditionally been a long and arduous task consisting of many revisions and often years of work. Book...
